The many other names of Amy

So just like our cats, we hardly ever call Amy by her name - she has many others:

"Bubbles" - the original nickname that she got in the theatre as she was born because when they handed her to me she was blowing saliva bubbles... so cute! She still does it often.

"Poepsie" - I made a big mistake by having soup with beans when Amy was just 3 days old. Let's just say she was quite toxic for a while and could clear a room with her smelly poeps! She still farts a lot (as babies do) and gets called this name at least once a day...

"Thing" - this is an affectionate term, honest!

"Punkin" / "Punkinator" - our version of the good old 'pumpkin'.

"Angel" - speaks for itself.

"Baba" / "Babakins"

"Cutie" / "Cutie Pie"

The 'Bot' collection, depending on her actions - "Wrigglebot", "Droolbot", "Nigglebot", "Stinkbot" etc...

And the latest one - "Chunky Monkey", 'cos she's filling out since we started her on formula.

Been checking out my friend Ingrid's baby blog and am inspired to do more blogging here about Amy. My maternity leave is almost up and although I've been very good about updating pics on Facebook, I have sadly neglected this blog, which I really want to keep as a record of Amy's time as a baby.
